Dear Jewish Parents,
NORTON, Mass. (AP) — Anti-Semitic graffiti has been found scrawled on a Jewish students' home on the Wheaton College campus.
Florida education officials say they will not appeal a federal court ruling that bars state colleges and universities from charging higher out-of-state tuition rates to Florida residents who are US citizens but dependent on illegal immigrant parents.
The State Board of Education unanimously voted against an appeal on Tuesday at a meeting in Boca Raton.

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) — A federal judge will hear arguments Dec. 11 in Oxford on proposals to desegregate two schools in the Cleveland School District.
In May, the school district filed a proposal with the federal court to desegregate the East Side High School and D.M. Smith Middle School.
The school system wanted to introduce magnet programs at both schools to help attract white students from Cleveland High School and Margaret Green Jr. High School.
